With Melinda's help, Nightwing is able to capture disgraced police commissioner MacLean and get evidence against Blockbuster. Maggie Sawyer is appointed as the new police commissioner. Blockbuster is not happy at these developments and believes he knows who amongst his allies is working with Nightwing.
